Your customer service ROCKS!!!! My items arrived Wednesday. I was thrilled to find that blinking Pens icicle ornament . Originally,I purchased one at a local store for Christmas, and it was defective.
It was that special little gift, even if belated. And I was thrilled you added the Pens badge as a thank you.The hand written note was a great personal touch.
I've already referred your co. to my family of Pittsburgh fans.
